Senator Martin moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill 275—A BILL to amend and reenact §18A-2-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the requirement for cooks and custodians who are 21 years of age or older to have a high school diploma or equivalent as a condition of employment by a county board of education.
